"First pick up was great to the airport. Pick-up from the airport, driver was ~30 minutes late. Driver was great though. I was particularly unhappy with being charged £10 for re-arranging a pick-up time to 24 hours earlier, over a week before the pick-up was scheduled. People's plans can and do change and this was a shabby charge to make for 2 minutes work on your part. My local cab firm would never do this, so I guess I will go back to using them in the future."

"I was phoned and told I needed a larger car and paid extra. However I was only issued the original invoice and did not get an updated invoice even though the extra money was deducted from my credit card. The driver was excellent and both transfers were very good."
