"The trip to the venue was great apart from the driver asking for payment when I had already pre paid online after booking. The return journey was terrible for us as a family. The taxi was booked for 22:30 and didn't arrive. I contacted the taxi firm who said the booking was for 23:30 I finally got it sorted and the taxi arrived 20 minutes late so we missed the last train home. The 1st taxi drove off so I called the taxi firm and told the taxi firm how disgusted I was and after some negotiation and having to email them my confirmation of times which I shouldn't of had to do they finally agreed to drive myself , partner and 2 under 2 yr olds home .after standing at the station in the cold at 11pm and having to get are 2 young children in and out of different transport.I'm not happy I'm absolutely disgusted."
