"The first vehicle was a Range Rover Evoque - or something. Leg room a little limited in the back. The second vehicle was a Mercedes mini-bus/people carrier. Lots of room - a bit of a rattle though. First driver very smart and clean vehicle; second driver, a little casual, and vehicle a bit dirty on the outside. Both drivers on time though and with good communication before pick-up. Communication before pick-up is very important. For people who have booked a long time in advance, it's good to receive a confirmation text up to a week in advance - it means we know we won't have a last-minute panic and that someone hasn't forgotten or we haven't got lost in a system. Text on the day also useful obviously."
