"I was disappointed to be sent a message that the company who was providing my car did not have a Mercedes S class available and I had to have a BmW 5 series. I was disappointed as this booking was made months ago so I don’t understand why the car was not pre booked for me. The driver was very good though that picked us up in the BMW I could not fault him or his car. I also felt that for a BMW 5 series the cost was very expensive after my £65.00 deduction for not getting the Mercedes S class. "
